Thanks to Lila23 for helping me find this. It’s a couple of blocks behind the GEC, which is most certainly NOT a touristy area. based on the pics in the letters, As of 2007, this is anywhere between 3 to 15 years old.
N = the Old Country Music Hall of Fame – now gone.
AS = Parthenon
V = Andrew Jackson Statue – At that angle, you’d have the capitol in the background.
ILLE = General Jackson showboat, I guess.
The thumbtacks are painted on, and the one in the bottom left corner has a painted shadow.
