Pedal taverns, those slow moving pedal-operated drinking parties, may now be banned from downtown streets during rush hour. They are already confined to just downtown.
At tonight’s Metro Council meeting, the council members passed a bill that would enable a city agency to restrict the hours that pedal taverns can operate. The Tennessean reports:
